My super challenge: 10 days to Super Days 7 to 10

and i am finally wrapping up my 10 day super challenge. I wasn't able to post real time but i've continued to take tabs so i can upload my progress. 

after day 10, i'm still taking my smoothies with the exemption of the weekends. i love how i can survive with just the smoothie and oatmeal yogurt meal for breakfast and last me until after past lunch time. the most remarkable benefit i've observed is the deep sleep i've been having every time i take the smoothie. i've had very troubled sleep ever since i became a mom but i noticed that the smoothie really did help me getting my zzz's back. hopefully i get to maximize all the benefits this superfood offers.
