My super challenge: 10 days to Super day 1


My superfood package from TheSuperFoodGrocer came in the mail the other day - a day after I placed my order online. I've been wanting to try the Green Smoothie Super Challenge in my journey to healthy a lifestyle.

I immediately started the challenge the next day when I've got my shopping list completed. As per TheSuperGrocer's guide, studies show that the number one reason why people fail to succeed in their health goals is the lack of accountability.

So this is me keeping track of my progress and being accountable. I did not want to flood my social media friends of my smoothie posts (maybe only 1 or 2 that's post worthy) so I'm taking tabs here in my blog.  I am determined to make it to 10 days of the SuperChallenge. Then 100 days, then 365 and who knows how much more after that.

Here's my Banana Mango Energizing Green Smoothie for My 10 Days to Super Day 1.

I live in a reversed universe where mornings are my night, breakfast time is my dinner and noon is my midnight. I couldn't let the difference get in the way of good health. Hence, everyday my posts would start of with my dinner then breakfast along with my green smoothie.

the ideal serving per day is 32oz. I was able to consume 3 16oz mason jars for today (48oz). not a bad start. after making my first smoothie, I had to share it to my mom and Mister so they too can appreciate the goodness and health benefits. I had to make a 2nd batch so I can consume more.
