9-13/14-15: Day 3

My day 3 has been split into Sunday (13th) & Monday (14th). No excuses but I was out pretty much the whole of Sunday and did not have enough time to consume 32oz. I made preps Sunday night, drank half before bed and drank the rest on Monday. I'll consider the half day my little cheat day. Still going strong though.
