another playm8 walked down the aisle recently and it made me realize how proud I am of my college friends. there used to be 10 of us in the group, and 5 of us are now happily married.
we all met in PUP - PUP being a state university means we weren't well off. Not poor, not rich. with this in mind, I realized how far we've come. All of us now have our own careers, those of us who are married was able to give ourselves beautiful weddings and get married before having kids. Of the 5 of us that are married, 3 of us have kids.
I take pride to be part of the group. Despite some challenges of getting together, it is always pleasing to know how I have this good group of friends who share the same values and importance to life and marriage as I do. Looking forward to updating this list soon.
