Buttered Garlic Shrimp & Mussels with Cheese


A quick and easy recipe for butter garlic and cheese lovers. A twist to the normal butter garlic shrimp recipe. Cooked this for my family today and it was a big hit.


Serves 2-3. 

Ingredients:
Shrimp (about 1/4kg)
Mussels (about 1/4kg)
Butter
Garlic
QuickMelt Cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Make sure all seafoods are cleaned. 
Sauté garlic in butter then add mussels. When mussel shells open add in the shrimp. Sauté until shrimp turns red and all shells open. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 2 more minutes and add cheese cubes. Make sure cheese are well folded into the mix. Simmer for about a minute. Enjoy!
