The Big Boss is in town again this week and unlike the previous years, he decided this time to take the Manila team to Cebu as opposed to the usual when the Cebu team goes to Manila. Fortunately though, he agreed with us taking our +1s to the trip given we shoulder their airfare and they can share our accommodations. It's +2 for me!
After our work nights are done, we had a little side trip to Oslob and Sumilon Island for a little team building.

I almost didn't get to make it to this trip for reasons I'll share next time. Was also a little hesitant to tag my boys with me, but all turned out well and my little boy was such a blast to be with.
This boy's been such a great travel buddy. Despite the strenuous trip, long wait and delayed flight he rarely complained, didn't give us a hard time, kept us all entertained and is always game for the next adventure. When we arrived home he gladly greeted our house, pets and his toys before he cried and admitted to be tired and wanted to sleep. We had a scare during our flight, it was more terrifying knowing that he was with us. I didn't know whether to get him out of his seat and just hug him to keep him safe (which I then realized is more dangerous for him). I know he was scared too, he told me our plane bounced, it was scary but he kept his cool reminding me to keep mine too. I was praying the whole time, holding Von's and Bonchie's hand tight, but knowing that he wasn't much affected by the recent scare somehow comforted me until we landed. Thank you Lord for keeping us safe. Thank you for this boy. You were amazing on this trip, anak! We are so proud how well behaved and cooperative you are. Until our next adventure! Love you soooooo much! 😘😘😘
