Mr. Grey will see you now...

Stacie, a Ford Fiesta Sport 2011 model, our first ever over trendy car has been in and out of the shop the moment she turned 4 years old. Though she's been reliable and has kept me safe for the last 5 years, we think it's right about time she retire given her condition and the growing needs of the family.

We've been planning to upgrade to a bigger ride ever since we had a baby. After months of planning, deciding which car to upgrade to, inquiring, test driving and saving, we have finally decided on a dependable and traditional midsize SUV - the Isuzu MU-X LSA 4x2 AT. We've scouted the top 5 midsize SUV in the market and we preferred the MU-X mainly because:

• It's brusque exterior design - we like how it has the "Pajero" type vibe compared to the rival models who has now more rounded shape and with no corners
• It's got toned down features every flagship model of the competitor SUVs have  - we need not request for any more freebie/add on as we can't think of anything anymore
• daytime LED running lights
• reverse sensor with camera
• black leather seats
• a decent audio system
• roof mounted DVD monitor 
• automatic climate control AC
• cruise control
• spacious 3rd row 
• etc etc
• and since it's from Isuzu, we know it's built TOUGH! 
• as Top Gear said in their write up - it's "Tradition over Trend"; "it doesn't have the cyber ninja technology that the new Montero has but it's got everything one would need" and we are content with that because it's exactly what we are looking for.

We've been eyeing the Ocean Blue variant but it's no longer in the market. When we saw it in Obsidian Gray, it was love at first sight. We named it Mr.Grey, not only because of it's color (duh!)... but in reference to Christian Grey from the trilogy Fifty Shades of Grey who is one of the sexiest, brusque-st, over-protective fictional character I've read of.

It's a new blessing. A new baby from our very own hard work. We are excited to welcome you to the family Mr.Grey!
