Dragon Fever

Bonchie has been highly addicted to How To Train Your Dragon 2 since the first time he's seen the movie. He's probably seen it numerous times (the movie and in YouTube) and it has already come to a point that he's memorized the lines and even the slightest grunts and mannerisms of Toothless and Hiccup and all the other characters.

When we visited Dreamplay in City of Dreams last Valentines, I was torned between buying him a big plush Toothless or something else. I wasn't really sold on stuff toys even if it is his most favorite dragon ever because it was just there for display. Until I saw the How To Train Your Dragon 2 My Busy Book, it is an activity book plus 12 small action figures of most of the dragons and characters in the movie. I was hesitant at first but 12 dragons compared to 1 big Toothless is definitely an advantage.

After barely 2 weeks of having the busy book around, he has memorized all the names of the dragons. It was amazing. I didn't expect for him to learn everything all so soon when he is only just 2y4mos. Here's a video of Bonchie naming his dragons. PS: I highly recommend the Busy Book. It's educational and fun for the kids. I bought another one (Avengers) and he has also recognized all the characters there by heart.
